Italy is quite famous for its fine wines. If you are a wine enthusiast you will most certainly enjoy a wine trail in Pramaggiore or Bardolino. Italian food is also very popular world wide. Why not come and try the original Italian recipes of which you have only read before or maybe tried it at home but to be honest there is no better place to eat Italian than in Italy.

We recommend you to try ingredients such as the beans of Lamon and the asparagus of Bassano del Grappa. Try the warm soup with chicken and pigeon or the local cheese on the Asiago Plateau. Eat seafood in the lagoon such as marinated sardines, cuttlefish, risotto with scallops, dried salt cod and other delicacies. As for dessert we recommend zaletti, pandoro from Verona and fritters. Finish up your lovely meal with a glass of fine wine such as Amarone di Valpolicella or Soave.
